We don’t like to admit it but, from time to time, we have to let our customers down by not being able to offer them cover for their disabilities, age or medical condition. We don’t like doing it for obvious reasons – and we certainly don’t want any of our customers to go travelling without adequate cover - but sometimes we have to say no.

Until now.

Happily, after lots of work to find a policy that will cover anybody to travel, we are really pleased to announce that we are now able to offer a new type of policy for those of our customers who we cannot cover through our core brands. So, if we’ve said ‘no’ to you in the past, we don’t have to now!

Due to the nature of the medical screening process, we cannot offer cover online like with our other policies. But if you give us a call we’ll be happy to give you a quote over the phone. So, if we’ve refused you cover before, we may not have to now.

A policy that covers most people

The policy offers cover for most existing medical conditions and disabilities, with no upper age limit on Single Trip & Annual Multi-trip policies and specific cover for medical aids & prescribed medications. We are even able to consider terminal conditions and offer reduced premiums for people without medical conditions on the same policy – so if you are travelling with someone who is ill we can cover all of you.
