Raising flour to raise cash for Children In Need Thursday 17th November
It’s Children In Need on Friday (18th November) and at World First we’re keen to do our bit. Especially if doing our bit involves eating lots of cake.
Come Thursday 17th lunchtime, the World First offices will be a hive of culinary indulgence as our cake sale springs into action. We’re combining the sale with a dress down day too. It’s just as well. When there’s a kitchen full of cake to get through, a relaxed approach to sartorial matters is pretty much essential.
Everyone’s getting involved. Even our Managing Partner’s daughter, 3 year old Isla Rothwell, is dropping in to stir things up in the kitchen. We haven’t told our cleaner yet. You’ll be able to take a look at some of the photos from the day on this blog, so remember to check back if you’d like to take a look.
The office revelry is all part of our push to raise some cash for Children In Need. 100% of the money we raise on the day will be donated to the charity. And World First Managing Partner, Martin Rothwell, has pledged to personally match whatever is raised in the office. Fantastic.
