Going on holiday? Watch your step!

Going on holiday? Watch your step!

We’ve been having a peek at the interim results of our first ever travel survey. We couldn’t resist, even though it doesn’t close until the end of April.

If you have yet to complete it, please don’t rush, as we wouldn’t want you to twist, turn or sprain your ankle. This type of injury seems to be the most common reason for claiming on insurance out of the 6% of respondents who weren’t either ill or got stung or bitten by something. So, please, from all of us, watch your step!

Have you ever injured yourself on holiday? If you have, please tell us about it in the survey. It will only take a few minutes and will also give you a chance to let us know about your holidaying habits, where you like to go, how often you go and what, if anything, you have ever left behind on your holiday.

You will also be in with a chance of winning a Kindle Fire HD tablet and e-reader when you complete it. It’s a great device that’s light and portable and will enable you to carry an entire library with you when you go, as well as allow you to surf the net, pick up emails, watch films and listen to music.

It’s the kind of thing you won’t want to forget about, unlike the 7% of our respondents who left gadgets behind. Mind you, they were much less careful with their sunglasses. 23% claimed to have forgotten to bring them home from their hols. One respondent also claimed to have left their heart behind, while a few only left footprints!

We’ll be publishing the results of the survey in May – as well as sending out the Kindle - so please keep an eye out for it here on our blog and in our NEWSLETTER (you can sign up on our website by clicking HERE).

In the mean time, please take a moment to complete the SURVEY by CLICKING HERE.

Thanks.
